Hi There, I’m Hunter Nicole.
My Yoga Journey started about 13 years ago when my mother introduced me to my first class. I disliked that class, thinking it was too intense and not for me. Later on, a friend took me to a different style Yoga class that was slower and more restorative. I started to enjoy and explore more different styles and discovered there were eight limbs of Yoga. After my car accident, breath work and meditation helped me heal both physically and mentally and I knew I needed to further my studies. I traveled to India to learn and become certified and my life was changed forever. My Yoga teachers over the years, especially the ones in India, have been role models and truly encouraged and inspired me. I would not be the person I am today without them and I aim to be that same light for my students.

What I Offer
Do your thoughts ever wander so fast that you have trouble keeping track of them all? Do you feel tight in areas that didn’t used to feel so stiff? I’ll give you tools to focus and be more present while simultaneously encouraging gentle movement in the body to keep things fluid.
Are you and your partner in need of a little playful banter that will encourage communication and connection? I’ll show you how to safely help each other stretch, balance, and breathe together.
For the Yogi with a basic understanding of Yogic Asanas, let me fill your mind with words of encouragement and guidance so you can leave your problems at the door.
